Five short lessons

Read supplement labels without the hype.

Take one lesson each day or finish the complete course now. Each lesson ends with one action you can use on any product page.

Day01

Serving reality

Start with what one serving actually means.

A large number on the front can look impressive while the Supplement Facts panel requires several tablets or capsules. Check serving size, servings per container, and the directions together.

Do this:Write down units per serving and estimated servings per day before comparing prices.
Day02

Amount and transparency

Separate named ingredients from disclosed amounts.

A proprietary blend may list its total weight without showing how much of each ingredient it contains. That makes direct dose comparisons difficult.

Do this:Mark each ingredient as individually quantified, included in a blend, or not shown on the current label.
Day03

Claims and context

Notice who made the claim and what evidence is shown.

Manufacturer descriptions, retailer reviews, independent testing, and your own experience are not the same kind of evidence. Keep them labeled separately.

Do this:Look for the source, date, comparison method, and limitations behind any strong claim.
Day04

Routine cost

Compare cost per day, not the largest discount.

Package totals can hide different serving counts. Divide the current container price by the days it should last at the routine you are considering.

Do this:Use the calculator inside every HealthTwice review and enter the retailer’s current price.
Day05

Safety pass

End with questions, not certainty.

Supplements may be inappropriate for some people or interact with medicines. A label comparison cannot replace individualized professional advice.

Do this:Bring the product name, Supplement Facts panel, medications, and your questions to a pharmacist or qualified healthcare professional.
